The TPD compliance status of VaperUK products is now recorded by the MHRA as ‘declared’. This indicates that the notification is complete and all VaperUK branded products are now classed as TPD Compliant by the MHRA.

There was a new directive (TPD2) enforced on 20 May 2016 to regulate e-cigarettes, e-liquids and all other components used exclusively for these products in the UK and Europe. This regulation required notification of such products to the competent national authorities that then review the data.

After reviewing the notification scheme for electronic cigarettes, VaperUK identified the necessary information the authorities require to have a legal product in the market place. We already have this information for all our e-liquids and are work with our hardware manufacturers to achieve the same.

Be assured that all VaperUK Products are branded authentic products have been notified, declared and regulated for both retail and wholesale.
