UPON PURCHASE OF A PLOOM DEVICE: The personal data (Name, Address, Tel No, Email) we obtain from you in connection with your purchase of a Ploom device will be transferred to Gallaher Limited (trading as “JTI UK”) (UK number 01501573) with the serial number of the purchased device. They will use your data to create your personal Ploom account, activate the 12-month warranty and for data analysis purposes. Any of your data will be held in accordance with their privacy policy, available HERE. Please contact us before you order your Ploom device should you wish to opt out of this process.
